There are four simple steps to follow when applying for the Conference Ambassador Programme.
Step 1 – Get in Touch
When considering hosting an event in Kerry, the first step is to contact Kerry Convention Bureau in order to discuss your conference and ideas on how we can tailor it to suit your requirements. Our Sales Manager, Michelle Murphy, would be delighted to arrange a meeting with you (in person or via Skype) in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your event. From here we can determine the resources needed to achieve your desired objectives.
We can easily cater for your meetings, small or large, along with conferences up to 2,500 delegates where hotels, conference centre and select amenities all being within a 2km radius.
Step 2 – Working in Partnership
Together with our trade partners, management companies and professional organisers, we can assist you with the bidding process and in producing a comprehensive proposal which demonstrates the facilities, services and aid available when bringing an International association to Kerry. The 'team spirit' in Kerry is the envy of many which will filter through in our ability to cooperate and facilitate site visits, presentations and bidding documents.
Step 3 – Selecting Venues
Based on your style and requirements we can work with our member companies in order to compile a proposal with location and property suggestions for your conference. From the most scenic, luxurious, historic, charismatic and unique venues, we will ensure to include the most suitable offerings that coincides with your budgetary requirements.
Step 4 – Continued Support
Once your event has been successfully confirmed for Kerry, the Bureau will be available for ongoing support to assist the Conference Ambassador and provide advice throughout the process. We work closely with local trade partners and appointed professional organisers to ensure the event is executed smoothly.
