Niamh O'Shea, Kerry Convention BureauNiamh O'Shea has been the Chairperson of Kerry Convention Bureau since its inception in 2008. Niamh is also the General Manager of The Killarney Park Hotel since 2005, a five star property in Killarney town centre. Niamh's drive in achieving five star quality standards and attention to detail is evident in the successfully executed conferences held in Killarney under her leadership, such as DerTour, MeetSmarter and Google. She has an impressive career in Sales & Marketing, performing this role in many five star properties within Killarney for over 10 years. During this period Niamh gained invaluable skills and knowledge in the Conference & Incentive market which resulted in her successfully chairing the Bureau for the past five years.

Becky Hargrove

Conference Sales Manager

Becky HargroveKerry Convention Bureau (KCB) are delighted to have Becky join the team as Conference Sales Manager. Becky has over fifteen years of government and commercial experience which includes management roles in convention bureau, media, public relations, marketing, business development and operations.

Prior to moving to Ireland in 2015, Becky spent five years working for the Northern Territory Convention Bureau and Tourism NT, developing and implementing strategic destination marketing programs promoting Darwin, Alice Springs and Uluru to the business tourism and leisure markets.

Kellie Doherty

Marketing Executive & Sales Coordinator

Kellie Doherty, Kerry Convention BureauKellie Doherty began working with the Bureau after finishing a post graduate programme in Marketing with NUI Galway. After successfully completing a year's placement with Killarney Chamber of Tourism & Commerce, Kellie's local knowledge and endless contacts from continued networking has proved invaluable in creating synergies and working relationships amongst trade partners and professional organisers. Due to the success of her performance and work ethic she was offered full time employment with the Chamber post internship. For the most part Kellie is responsible for the Marketing elements of the Bureau, including website development and promotional material etc. Kellie supports the Conference Sales Manager with all incoming conference queries from bid preparation to planning and arranging itineraries for social programmes and familiarisation visits.
