Kerry Conference Ambassador attracts national conference to Killarney, with record breaking attendance

Last week saw over 300 delegates travel to Killarney for the annual Aviva National Brokers Conference, held at The Europe Hotel and Resort. The event was secured for the region after a referral to Kerry Convention Bureau by John Healy, Managing Director of JP Healy & Co Insurances Ltd. We were delighted to spend time with the #MeetInIreland2019 US Fam group over the weekend & to give them a warm #MeetInKerry #MakeItIreland welcome on behalf of Kerry Convention Bureau & our members.Thanks to Brian and all the team at Muckross Park Hotel for the beautiful lunch & refreshing ales! Members Event: KCB and Meet In Ireland share exciting plans to grow business tourism for the region in 2019

Kerry Convention Bureau first members update for 2019 was held at J.M Reidy’s with representatives from over 20-member organisations in attendance to hear KCB share it’s plans for the year ahead. The bureau were joined by Mary Browne from Failte Ireland’s Meet In Ireland team and Danielle Favier from the Wild Atlantic Way team and following an official welcome by KCB Chair, Mike Buckley, the guests were given an update on the exciting plans and industry support programs being put in place by Failte Ireland to grow business tourism in the region. KCB Member Hotels recognised in TripAdvisor Ireland’s Top 25 Awards

A huge congratulations to all our members who have been recognised in the 2019 TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Ireland Awards. We were delighted to see seven members in the Top 25 Hotels, five in the Top 25 Luxury Hotels and three in the Top 25 for best service.
